These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vexibuor MX website and web application, available at vexibuormx.com, operated by Vexibuor MX, José María Morelos 43, Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico (info@vexibuormx.com). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service. Vexibuor MX is a free, informational web application that allows registered users to manually record household income and expenses by category, view a monthly balance, and receive alerts when spending approaches a user-defined category limit. The service is a self-management informational tool only. It does not connect to any bank account, credit card, or financial institution. It does not process, initiate, or facilitate any financial transaction or payment.
2. Eligibility. The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who are managing personal or household finances. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. Use of the service for commercial or business accounting purposes is outside its intended scope.
3. Account Registration. To access the application features, you must register for a free account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@vexibuormx.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose. You must not: (a) use the service to store or process data belonging to third parties without their consent; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; (c) use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to interact with the service; (d) upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. No Financial Advice. The information displayed within Vexibuor MX reflects only the data you have entered. Nothing in the application constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Vexibuor MX does not analyze your financial situation or make recommendations. All decisions based on information displayed in the application are made solely by you.
6. Intellectual Property. The Vexibuor MX name, logo, design, software, and all content on vexibuormx.com are the property of Vexibuor MX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Your budget data remains your property.
7. Service Availability. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, Vexibuor MX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which in the case of this free service is zero. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that data will never be lost, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
10. Account Termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@vexibuormx.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
